Featured Homes

During these unique times, we have the opportunity to feature homes from both of the Duniway neighborhoods (Sellwood & Eastmoreland). Thank you so much to these families for opening up their homes for our cameras. A lot of work goes into preparing your home for this event and we can’t express how much it means to us that they’ve taken the time to showcase their holiday homes.

Dennis & Amy Osterlund have lived in their 1927 Eastmoreland Tudor for 34 years! Their favorite features of their home are the living room with soaring ceilings and wood beams and the spacious patio and yard that is home to many family gatherings.

Nicholas & Jonna Papaefthimiou completed a major remodel of their home in 2019 combining the original “Folk-Victorian” style common in Sellwood in the early 1900s with a more modern esthetic. It is the perfect blend of old and new.

This 1923 Tudor has been completely remodeled from top to bottom by current owners Grace & Mick Flanigan. The Flanigans wanted their home to feel open and inviting while maintaining a somewhat traditional style.

Built in 1903, this updated Victorian was once featured in Home & Garden Magazine and exudes the eclectic style of its current owner, Leah Brookner. This home features a beautifully remodeled kitchen, designed by Shannon Quimby, a charming backyard ADU and chickens who are adored by the neighborhood.
